With the revolution of email, internet chat, text messaging, and other means that speed up communication, receiving a mail through the postman--a mail we refer to as snail mail--is a rarity. What we received from the postman these days are bills from credit card companies and utility companies, marketing mails, and subcribed publications. Before, we get excited when we hear the postman say our name. These days, we got depress to hear the postman because it means some bills are due for payment in several days. The last time I received a mail from the postman was in my highschool years, and I cannot even remember what it was. It was that long time ago.
This Christmas, I will send out greeting cards to my friends, for a change.
