This is a quick-cooking dish. You just have to saute garlic and onion and add carrots, chayote, cabbage, chicharo, baguio beans, and cauliflower. I used brewed soy sauce instead of salt and a bit of cornstarch melted in 1/4 cup of water.
The dish tastes good, but I cut my fingernails when trying to chop a head of onion.
